Due to our limited stock and made-to-order production, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrect. This helps us reduce waste, keep prices fair, and focus on bringing you thoughtful, high-quality products.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take pride in inspecting our products prior to shipping. However, if your item is damaged or we’ve sent the wrong product:Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@burntholes.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will offer an exchange for a new / correct item, including shipping costs.
